Notice — Working Commercial Draft: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between FSGP Global and client entities supersede the website provisions outlined below.

1. Nature of Engagement

FSGP Global operates as a strategic and execution growth partner. We provide advisory, performance marketing management, sales calling operations, and technological implementation services under specific, mutually agreed Statements of Work.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

FSGP Global operates as an independent strategic contractor. Neither party is an agent, legal partner, or employee of the other. Our role is strategic execution and enablement.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client business data, pipeline metrics, sales call recordings, and technological architecture as proprietary commercial trade secrets. Mutual NDA protections apply to all formal engagements.

4. Performance & Commercial Realism

While we commit to rigorous professional execution across all agreed scopes, commercial performance is subject to prevailing market conditions, competitive forces, and client operational responsiveness. In accordance with professional integrity standards, we do not issue speculative performance guarantees.
